With genuine leather products and embroidered handicrafts; New Life participated in “Our heritage exhibition”
The New Life Project, one of the successful projects of the Children of Female Prisoners Association (CFPA), participated in the “Our Heritage” exhibition in its fourth session, which was held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. The exhibition is held during the period from October 9 to October 15 at the Egypt Center for International Exhibitions in the Fifth Settlement, daily from 11 am to 10 pm, except for Sunday, October 9, when the exhibition opened its doors to the public from 4 pm to 10 pm.
About 1,116 exhibitors participated in the “Our Heritage” exhibition, which is organized by the Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises Development Agency, representing more than 32 traditional Egyptian crafts, in addition to the presence of 5 guests of honor, who are from the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Libya, and Jordan.
For her part, the writer Nawal Mostafa, CEO, and founder of the Children of Female Prisoners Association (CFPA) expressed her happiness at participating in our heritage exhibition, which is one of the largest exhibitions specializing in heritage products and handicrafts. Stressing that these exhibitions greatly support the owners of craft and heritage projects.
Regarding the participation in the exhibition, the recipient of the Hope Makers Award (Mrs. Nawal Mostafa) pointed out that the association participates in many traditional crafts products, which were made by the hands of the association’s beneficiaries, including (embroidered bags – natural leather products mixed with hand embroidery – prayer rugs that include Islamic motifs).
The Children of female prisoners’ care association (CFPA) was founded in 1990 after a large press campaign on the pages of the Egyptian newspaper “Al-Akhbar” (one of the largest Egyptian newspapers).
